We will be closing the cellar door over the holidays for a well deserved break. Closed - 24th- 25th and 26th December Closed - 1st January. Over this busy period we recommend calling to make a booking so you dont miss out.
Self Guided Tour
This is one of the most unique experiences in the Barossa Valley, take a stroll through our bottle tunnels, museum and one of the original fortified cellars, follow up with a tasting or take a glass of wine with you. Come in and and be amazed at just a snippet of Yaldara's awesome history!
Chateau Yaldara Wines
Inspired by its founder Hermann Thumm, who first started crafting Barossa Valley Wines in 1947 and was one of the regions first boutique winemakers. Thumm pushed the boundaries of Australian winemaking through his appetite for experimentation with wine techniques, styles and blends.
