Ray Jordan -A bright and lively shiraz of medium weight but with good fruit intensity. Lots of punchy plummy fruit characters on the nose and palate, with a lift of spice and a sprinkle of black pepper. It’s a balanced and seamlessly structured wine offering tremendous value.

Reviews-

Ray Jordan -A balanced and poised blended wine bringing the linear characters of cabernet together with the fleshier merlot. It’s a medium bodied wine with good fruit concentration and expression. Lift of blackcurrant on the nose with fleshier black fruit cake characters on the palate. Fine tannins and just a little oak to define.

This wine showcases a deep ruby hue. Aromatically, it offers notes of black cherry and black plum, complemented by vanilla, sweet spice, black pepper, and hints of chocolate. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, featuring a rich blend of black fruits and spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla, along with chocolate and coffee. The silky tannins lead to a long, satisfying finish.

Ray Jordan -An excellent product of this outstanding vintage in the Barossa Valley. Plush and ripe with great intensity and fruit concentration. Dark chocolate, plum and blackberry with a spicy sage bush and pepper lift. Traces of charcuterie add further deep complexity to the palate. A wine of medium body but excellent concentration and intensity.
