The 2021 Lyndoch Valley shiraz is dark purple in colour with plum and blackberries as the dominant aromas. Its floral and elegant characters on the palate ensure a wonderful silky finish. It is matured in French and American oak for 18 months. The grapes are harvested from a low-yielding, single-vineyard. This wine will cellar brilliantly over 15 years.
